It is only one stop away from the main railway station, and the Stiglmaierplatz underground station is just a two-minute walk away. Can I park at your hotel?
There are 20 parking spaces available.
What is the parking fee?
A daily parking fee of 20 euros is charged in our garage. It is not possible to reserve parking spaces.
Are there electric charging points at the hotel?
No, unfortunately we don’t have any electric charging points.
Does the hotel have its own bus park?
No, our hotel does not have its own coach park.
Does the hotel have a bike hire service?
No, we don’t have a bike hire service.
Is there a place to store bicycles and e-bikes?
Yes, there is a bike rack available in the parking garage. Please note that we cannot accept any liability for the use or parking of bicycles and e-bikes.
Is the reception open 24/7?
Our reception is open from 6.30 am to 11.00 pm.
Is it possible to arrive later?
Check-in is available until 11:00 p.m.
Do you offer early check-in and late check-out?
Yes, subject to availability, we offer early check-in and late check-out. Early check-in costs a one-off fee of €9.99. Late check-out costs €9.99 per hour.
Am I allowed to take my dog with me?
You are welcome to bring your dog along for free. There are fees for additional pets (15€ per pet).
I want to travel with my children. Is there a child policy?
Yes, we have the following policies for children:
Children 6 years old and younger stay free of charge in their parents’ bed.
For children ages 7 to 12, an extra bed costs €25.00 per night.
For guests 13 years and older, the price for an extra bed is €35.00 per night (the same as the adult rate).
How far is the city center of munich from the hotel away?
The beautiful city center of Munich is just two subway stations away from our elaya hotel munich city. The subway station ‘Stiglmaierplatz’ is only 150 metres away from the hotel.
When can I enjoy my breakfast?
We serve breakfast Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
On weekends and holidays, you can have breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
What does the breakfast buffet cost?
The breakfast price is €16.00 per person.
The following breakfast prices apply to children:
0–6 years: free
7–12 years: €8.00 per child
Is there a restaurant serving lunch and dinner?
No, we do not serve lunch or dinner at our hotel.
Is there a bar in your hotel?
No we do not have a bar. However, you will find a few tips in our city guide with great places to grab a drink nearby the hotel.
Which type of rooms does your hotel offer?
Yes , it is. We offer the following room types:

What´s the difference in between the room types?
The rooms differ in the size and equipment of the rooms.
I would like to have twin beds. Is that possible?
Yes we do, the beds can be used as a double bed or as two single beds. Please inform us before hand if you prefer your beds to be separated.
Do I have a minibar in my room?
Our rooms don´t have a minibar.
Is it possible to book adjoining rooms or rooms with a connecting door?
Our hotel has 12 rooms with connecting doors. You are welcome to enquire about adjoining rooms.
