Yes, our front desk is available 24/7.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Depending on availability, you are welcome to book an early check-in or late check-out.
Early check-in: Starting at 11:30 a.m. for €25.00.
Late check-out: Until 6:00 p.m. for €35.00.
Is parking available directly at the hotel?
There are about 25 free parking spaces available around the building. You can also park for free in the surrounding side streets. Alternatively, you can park your car in our underground garage for €12.00 per night.
Please note that, unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve parking spaces.
Are there electric vehicle charging stations at the hotel?
There are four parking spaces available nearby from an external provider. Please note that, unfortunately, reservations are not possible.
Does the hotel have its own bus parking lot?
Yes, a free bus parking space is available for you. Please note that advance registration and reservation are absolutely required.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog free of charge. Please inform us in advance.
The first pet is free. Each additional pet costs €15.
What is your policy for children?
Children up to and including 12 years of age stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents.
For our littlest guests, we’re happy to provide a baby cot upon request.
Can I rent bicycles at the hotel?

Bicycle racks are available for your bike both in the underground parking garage and outdoors. You can use them free of charge.

No, our hotel does not have a spa.
How much does breakfast cost, and what are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast costs €16 per person per day. Children up to 12 years eat breakfast for free.
From Monday to Friday, breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and on weekends from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Do you have a restaurant for lunch and dinner?
No, we do not have a hotel restaurant.
Do you have a bar?
Yes, our bar is open around the clock.
Do you have snacks at your hotel, too?
Yes, we have pinsa and other small bites. You can find our snack menu here.

No, we do not offer room service.
Are there minibars in your rooms?
No, our rooms do not have minibars.
How often is my room cleaned, and when do I get fresh towels?
To help protect the environment together, we’d like to use energy, water, and cleaning supplies more thoughtfully. That’s why we clean the rooms only every three days. Of course, we’re happy to provide fresh towels at any time upon request.
