We’re definitely moving forward, towards places that are surprisingly different. As one of Germany’s leading hotel management companies, we have the courage and expertise to break new ground. We do so professionally, creatively and with respect. This benefits the investors we support in the development and implementation of hotel projects. At the same time, we operate as a multi-brand operator, running hotels under both our own brands and internationally renowned hotel brands. The GSH Hotels portfolio currently comprises 85 hotels.

We offer investors and partners a wide range of opportunities – from new builds and refurbishments to rebranding. Whilst you focus on the property, we take care of the day-to-day operations and ensure financial success. With currently 85 hotels and 8,687 rooms, plans to expand by a further 60 properties over the next five years, and a proven business model, we create sustainable value growth and long-term growth.
