Do you have parking available at the hotel?
Yes, you can park conveniently right at the hotel.
How much does parking cost at your place?
Parking is available on-site for approximately €10 per day (subject to availability).
Where can I park if the hotel’s own car parks are full?
If our car parks are full, you can park at these public car parks:
- Railway station on-street parking (Schwäbisch Hall 1 railway station, 74523 Schwäbisch Hall): free of charge, approx. 3–5 minutes’ walk from the hotel.
- City centre on-street parking: mainly a paid parking zone, approx. 2–10 minutes’ walk away.
- P3 car park (Am Schuppach 1, 74523 Schwäbisch Hall): the nearest car park; currently closed for renovation until, it is expected, the end of September 2026; approx. 2–3 minutes’ walk away.
- P4 car park (Im Weiler 2, 74523 Schwäbisch Hall): public car park, approx. 5–7 minutes’ walk from the hotel.
- P7 car park (Lange Straße 10, 74523 Schwäbisch Hall): public car park, approx. 7–10 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a bike hire service.
Can I store my bike at the hotel?
Yes, there is a cycle garage where you can park your bike safely. You can also charge your e-bike battery there. The cycle garage is open daily from 6.30 am to 8.30 pm.
Is the front desk staffed 24 hours a day?
Our reception is open daily, but not 24 hours a day. You can usually reach us between 07:00 and 22:30. We have a solution for late arrivals – just get in touch with us in advance.
Is it possible to arrive late?
Yes, late arrival is possible. Please contact us well in advance. We will send you a PIN code for our keybox. Here’s how to collect your key:
- Walk down the steep hill by the house to the first driveway on the left (car park).
- The keybox is located next to the front door (on the left), at eye level.
- Please enter only the PIN number; the name and room number are for reference only.
- You can use the blue chip to open the rear entrance: hold the chip in front of the black receiver box (to the left of the door) and simply push the door open.
- You can reach your room via the staircase or our lift.
Is early check-in and late check-out possible?
Early check-in is available from 12:00, subject to availability, for €9.99. Late check-out is also available, subject to availability. This can be extended until 14:00 for a fee of €9.99.
Are pets allowed?
Your pet is more than welcome here. There is an additional charge of approximately €10 per day for your dog.
What is the hotel’s policy on children?
Children can stay in their parents’ bed at no extra cost. Alternatively, we can provide a cot for children up to 2 years old or a sofa bed for children up to 12 years old. There is a surcharge of €10 and €18 respectively (including breakfast) for these two additional services.
The following rules apply to breakfast: children up to the age of 7 eat for free; children aged 7 to 12 pay a reduced price of €10.50; and from the age of 12, the standard price of €14.50 per person applies.
Are there any fitness facilities at the hotel?
No.
Is there a spa at the hotel?
Our hotel has a sauna area. You can use it after booking in advance, allowing approximately 30 minutes’ notice. The sauna is available daily from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm.
What are the breakfast times and costs?
Our breakfast times are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 6.30 am – 10.30 am
Sundays and public holidays: 7.00 am – 11.00 am
Breakfast costs €14.50 per person. Children up to the age of 7 eat for free, children aged 7 to 12 pay €10.50, and children aged 12 and over pay the standard price of €14.50.
Do you also have a restaurant serving lunch and dinner?
No.
Is there a bar in the hotel?
We have a minibar at our reception.
