Can I park at the hotel?
The Arthotel ANA Fleur does not have its own parking lot. The nearest public parking lot—the Maspernparkplatz—is located 150 meters from the hotel and costs 7.50 euros per day. Reservations are not accepted.
The Maspernparkplatz also offers electric vehicle charging stations.
Is the reception opened 24/7?
No, the reception is currently staffed at different times. Either from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm or from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
Is late arrival possible?
Yes, late arrival is possible. Please be so kind and inform us in advance if you arrive after 8:00 pm.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Both are possible, subject to availability. Please inform us in advance. Payment must be made in advance by credit card or bank transfer.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, your pet is very welcome to stay with us. We charge 10 Euro per pet and per day for your four-legged companion. A maximum of two pets is permitted per room.
Is there a child policy?
A crib can be added for an extra charge of €15.00 per night, and an extra bed for children up to 12 years old can be added for an extra charge of €25.00. For breakfast, we charge €1.00 per year of age for children up to the age of 13. Children 14 years and older are charged the full price.
Can I rent a bike?
Yes, we have 2 women’s bikes and 2 men’s bikes. You can borrow them for free.
Is there a place to park my bike?
Yes, you are welcome to park your bicycle in the courtyard.
Is there a wellness area in the hotel?
No, the hotel does not feature a wellness area — but it does offer a sauna, perfect for switching off and recharging. Use of the sauna costs 10 Euro per person. Please book in advance so we can prepare everything for your relaxing escape. The opening hours are between 3:00 pm and 7:30 pm.
How much does breakfast cost at the hotel?
For bookings that include breakfast, the breakfast buffet is 14 euros per person.
The breakfast buffet costs 17 euros per person when purchased on-site.
For non-staying guests, we charge 20 euros per person.
What are the breakfast times?
Breakfast hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m
Do you have a restaurant for lunch and dinner?
Arthotel ANA Fleur does not have its own restaurant. However, the nearby city center — just a few meters away — offers numerous cafés, bars, and restaurants for every taste.
Can I have rooms next to each other?
Please let us know if you would like two adjacent rooms — we will be happy to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
