Taj Mahal: All good things come in sixes
At the Taj Mahal in the center of Nördlingen, guests are greeted with a “Namaste.” A visit to the restaurant is not just a trip to northern India, but a tribute to Punjabi cuisine. And that cuisine follows the philosophy of the six tastes: bitter, astringent, pungent, salty, sweet, and sour.
These traditional, aromatic dishes offer both culinary delights and physical well-being. For example, chili is rich in vitamin C, fenugreek is good for the liver, and ginger and peppercorns aid digestion. In addition to delicious bread specialties, the menu features thali (also available in vegetarian and vegan options), delicacies from the tandoor (clay oven), and curries. The Taj Mahal is open for lunch and dinner and exudes North Indian vibes at all times thanks to its interior.

RiesKrater Museum: Exhibits and Nighttime Activities
The RiesKraterMuseum is home to a wealth of history from the Nördlinger Ries, a natural and cultural region in the Southwestern German Uplands.
