What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 15:00. Check-out is possible until 12:00 noon.
What are the opening hours of the reception?
Our reception is staffed 24/7.
Do you have parking facilities at the hotel?
There is a public underground car park underneath the hotel, which costs €11.00 per 24 hours.
There is a large, public and free car park (Kaiserwiese) about seven minutes walking from the hotel.
Between 8 am and 5 pm, you can park your car free of charge for 90 minutes with a parking disk in the old town.
Does the hotel have charging stations for electric cars?
No, we do not have any charging stations. The closest one is at the Kaiserwiese parking ground, which is around a seven minute walk from the hotel.
Is there a bus parking lot?
We do not have a bus parking lot on the hotel premises. The nearest bus parking lot is at the Kaiserwiese, about a 7-minute walk away. However, the bus can drop off guests right in front of the hotel.
Can I travel with my pet?
Yes, pets are very welcome to join. One pet stays with us free of charge, each additional pet costs 15€ per night.
What are your child arrangements?
Breakfast is free for children up to the age of 12. They can sleep in their parents’ room free of charge.

We have an 80°C sauna and a steam sauna with a relaxation area.

Are there any parking spaces for bikes?
You are welcome to park your bike in the public underground parking garage. It is monitored by video surveillance and closes at 10:00 pm.

You can enjoy breakfast for 19 euros per person per day.
Monday–Friday from 6:30 am to 10:00 am.
Saturday, Sunday, and on bank holidays: 6:30 am to 11:00 am.

We have an à la carte restaurant. It is open Monday through Saturday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Hot meals are served from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
