The 84 m² conference room at Super 8 Munich City North can be divided into four flexible rooms of different sizes. Depending on the seating arrangement, the main room can accommodate up to 38 people. To keep everyone motivated, we are happy to organise catering according to your wishes – from coffee breaks and lunch to an evening buffet. Getting here is easy: underground parking spaces with electric charging stations are available directly at the hotel, so you and your participants can arrive relaxed.

Is the reception open 24/7?
Our reception is open from 6.30 am to 11.00 pm
Can I arrive late?
Yes, of course, a late arrival is also possible. If you won’t be arriving until after 11:00 p.m., please let us know in advance by email. We’ll be happy to make sure your late check-in goes smoothly and hassle-free.
You’ll find the key box right in the entryway, in the vestibule. There you’ll also find instructions with all the important information about the process.
Is early check-in and late check-out available?
Yes, early check-in before 3:00 p.m. is available for a one-time fee of €9.99.
Late check-out between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. is also available for a one-time fee of €9.99.
Do you have parking facilities at the hotel?
We have eight free parking spaces in the courtyard and a paid underground parking garage with 57 spaces for €15 per night. Reservations are not accepted.
Are there electric vehicle charging stations at the hotel?
Yes, there are four electric vehicle charging stations available. Reservations are not possible.
Can a bus park at the hotel?
No, unfortunately there is no parking available for buses.
Does the hotel offer bike rentals?
Yes, bikes can be rented free of charge from April through September 15, subject to availability.
Is there a place to park bycicles and e-bikes?
Yes, you can park your bicycle for free in the garage or in a bike rack on the side of the building.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your pet. Please inform us in advance.
The first pet stays free of charge. Each additional pet costs €15.
What is your policy for children?
Children aged 0–12 can sleep in their parents’ bed free of charge. Baby cots are available subject to availability, but we do not offer extra beds.
How much does breakfast cost and what are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast costs €16 per person per day.
Children ages 7 to 12 pay €8 per person per day.
Children ages 0 to 6 eat breakfast for free.

Do you have a restaurant for lunch and dinner?
No, we do not have a restaurant in our hotel. We only offer breakfast.
