Yes, we have our own underground car park with 70 spaces. A reservation is not possible.
How much does parking cost?
You can park in our underground car park for 15 Euro per 24 hours.
Are there any electric-car charging possibilities?
Yes, you can charge your electric-car right infront of the hotel entry. A reservation is not possible.
Is the reception open 24/7?
Yes, our reception is available around the clock.
Is late arrival possible?
Yes, an arrival from 3 pm on is no problem at all. Just let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Can I check out later?
Late check-out is possible based on availability for an additional 10 Euro per hour. In that case, you can use your room until 2:00 pm.
Are dogs allowed at the hotel
Yes, your dog is very welcome. Please let uns know in advance. You can take your four-pawed friend with you free of charge.
Are there discounts for children?
Children under 13 stay free of charge in their parents’ room. And we are happy to provide a baby bed free of charge. For older children, extra beds are available for a fee of 25 Euros. Please just let us know.
Is there a sauna?
Yes, the elaya hotel kleve has a finnish sauna. For a fee of 6 euros per person, guests are welcome to use it after making a reservation in advance. The sauna area also features showers and loungers for relaxing after your sauna session.
Does the hotel offer a gym?
Yes, there is a small fitness room on the first floor. It’s equipped with a treadmill, a stepper, and an exercise bike.
Am I able to rent a bike?
Yes, you’re welcome to rent bikes from Niederrhein Rad using a QR code or the appropriate app.
You’re welcome to park your bikes and e-bikes in our underground parking garage free of charge.
How much is breakfast and when is it served?
Breakfast is 19 Euro per person and day. Children up to 6 enjoy breakfast free of charge. Children under 13 cost 8 euros.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Yes, our restaurant Vitello-Land & Meer serves snacks and small meals from Monday till Saturday from 12 to 5 pm. From 5.30 till 9.30 pm, we offer an a la carte menu with various options for you to enjoy. The Restaurant is closed on Sundays.
You’ll also find ice cream and waffles at our ice cream parlour “#Lieblingsplatz”.
Is there a bar at the hotel?
Yes, feel free to stop by – we look forward to welcoming you.
The Bar is opened from Monday till Saturday from 12 to 11:30 pm.
