Is the reception open 24/7?
No, our reception is open daily from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.
Is late check-in possible?
Yes, late-night arrivals are possible at any time. We simply ask that you let us know in advance. We will send you a code for the key box at the side entrance, where you will find your room key.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Both are subject to availability and enquiries are welcome. Late check-out is available until 4.00 pm for €35.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, you can park your vehicle in our on-site underground garage.
What does parking cost?
Parking in the underground garage is available at 12 Euro per car and day.
Please note that the maximum vehicle height is 1.50 metres due to the duplex parking system.
For taller vehicles, parking is available directly in front of the Karlsruhe hotel at local city rates or at the nearby congress centre.
It is not possible to reserve parking spaces.
Are there electric vehicle charging points at the hotel?
No, unfortunately we don’t have our own electric vehicle charging facilities here.
Does the hotel have its own bus park?
The hotel does not have its own bus park. However, there are public parking spaces in front of the hotel; these cannot be reserved.
Does the hotel have a bike hire service?
No, the hotel doesn’t offer a bike hire service.
Can I store my bike at the hotel?
There are parking facilities for bicycles and e-bikes in our underground car park.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. Please let us know briefly before you arrive. The charge is €15 per pet per night.
What is your policy for children?
Children aged 0 to 12 stay free of charge in their parents’ room.
We can also provide extra beds and cots on request for a fee of €35.
Are there any fitness and wellness facilities at the hotel?
No, we don’t have a fitness centre or a spa.
What are the breakfast times and costs?
Our breakfast times are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 6.30 am – 10.00 am
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 7.30 am – 11.00 am
We offer breakfast for 17 euros per person per day.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
No, the Karlsruhe hotel does not have its own restaurant offering lunch or dinner.
Is there a bar in the hotel?
