If you’re arriving by car: We offer a limited number of non-reservable parking spaces at the hotel. You can reach us from the airport by tram.

Is the reception open 24 hours a day?
No, our reception is not staffed around the clock. The reception opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 11.00 am to 7.00 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
Is it possible to arrive late?
Yes, late check-in is possible. We’ll leave your room key in a key box at the entrance. We’ll send you the code on the day of your arrival.
Is early check-in and late check-out possible?
Early check-in is possible provided we already have rooms available. This is usually available from 11.00 am for a fee of €20.
Is there on-site parking available directly at the hotel?
Yes, we have on-site car parks. These cost €10 per night. It is not possible to book a space in advance.
Where can I park if all the hotel car parks are already full?
Alternatively, you can park in the car park on Rövekamp. The cost here is between €14 and €18. Please note, however, that the car park is closed on Sundays.
Are there electric vehicle charging points at the hotel?
No, we don’t have any electric vehicle charging facilities at our hotel.
Does the hotel have its own bus park?
No, our hotel does not have it’s own bus park.
