Is the reception open 24/7?
Yes, our reception is open 24 hours a day for you.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. to midnight. Check-out is from 7 a.m. to noon.
Is early check-in and late check-out possible?
Early check-in is possible subject to availability. Late check-out is also available on request.
Early check-in before 1 pm costs 25 CHF.
The charges for late check-out are as follows:
Until 2 pm: 0 CHF
Until 4 pm: 45 CHF
Until 6 pm: 90 CHF
Can I park at the hotel?
Yes, there are parking spaces available at the hotel. The cost is 19 CHF per day.
Are there electric vehicle charging points at the hotel?
At the nearby Migrolino petrol station, you can park for free for 45 minutes and charge your electric car.
Does the hotel have its own bus park?
Yes, we have a coach park. It costs 40 CHF per coach per night. The fee can be paid directly at the pay machine in the coach park.
Does the hotel have a bike hire service?
No, but we do offer a day pass for hiring public bicycles.
Is there somewhere I can park my bike?
No, unfortunately we don’t have any facilities for storing bicycles.
Are pets allowed at your place?
Yes, pets are welcome here. The first pet is free of charge; from the second pet onwards, a charge of 25 CHF per stay applies.

We offer our guests discounted 3-hour entry to Bernaqua.
Please note that Bernaqua is closed annually for maintenance. This year, Bernaqua will be closed from 24 August to 4 September.
