We mean literally in the centre of Augsburg. The Augsburg city centre hotel rugs HOTEL Augsburg City is located right next to Augsburg Central Station and only nine kilometres from Augsburg Airport. You can also easily incorporate the city’s sights, such as Augsburg Town Hall, the Fuggerei and Augsburg Cathedral, into your stay. If you are working at the trade fair, you can also reach it in just a few minutes. If you feel like getting some exercise, you can borrow a bicycle from us free of charge.

Is the reception open 24/7?
Yes, our reception is staffed 24/7.
Is it possible to arrive late?
Yes, if you’re arriving after midnight, a phone call in advance will suffice.
Is early check-in and late check-out possible?
Yes, both are possible, subject to availability. A late check-out is available until 2.00 pm for €35; early check-in must be booked one day before arrival. Early check-in is available until 12.00 noon and costs €35.
Is there on-site parking available directly at the hotel?
No, the hotel does not have its own car park.
Where can I park near the hotel?
Behind our hotel there is a public car park, the Bahnhofsparkhaus. With our hotel discount, you can park there for 24 hours for €8. You can get the discount from us at reception.
Does the hotel have its own bus park?
Yes, but only by prior arrangement with us. The cost of the coach parking space is €10.
Does the hotel have a bike hire service?
No, but you can hire a bike at Maison Viktoria, which is about 100 metres from our hotel.
Are there any facilities for storing bicycles?
Yes, there is a free bicycle park behind our hotel. You can collect an access card from reception.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Of course, your pet is very welcome here. We charge €10 per pet per night.
Is there a gym at the hotel?
No, unfortunately we don’t have a gym at the hotel. However, you’re welcome to use the gym at Maison Viktoria free of charge. It’s about 500 metres away.
What are the breakfast times?
These are our breakfast times:
Monday – Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Weekends, public holidays: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
