Is the reception open 24/7?
No, our reception is open for you from 12:00 to 20:30. For emergencies or any other enquiries, please contact the rugs Hotel Augsburg City.
What time is check-out at the hotel?
Check-out at our hotel is by 11:00 a.m.!
Is it possible to arrive late?
Yes, late arrival is possible. We’ll send you a code for the entrance and a code for our key box by email or phone.
Is early check-in and late check-out possible?
Early check-in is only possible from 11.30 am, subject to availability. Late check-out is only possible on Sundays until 4.30 pm. The fee for both options is €35.
What is the minimum age for check-in?
The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Are there any on-site parking facilities directly at the hotel?
We have a private car park with ten spaces. A parking space costs €5 per night. Reservations are not possible.
Where can I park if the hotel’s own car parks are full?
If our car park is full, you can alternatively park at affordable rates in the Viktoria Passage or the Helio underground car park.
Are there electric vehicle charging points at the hotel?
No, but there is an SWA charging point about 400 metres from the hotel. The charging point is located at Prinzregentenplatz 1.
Does the hotel have its own bus car park?
No, we don’t have a coach park.
Does the hotel have a bike hire service?
Yes, you can hire bikes for free.
Can I store my bike at the hotel?
Yes, we have a bike garage. You can also charge your e-bike there for free.

Yes, dogs are very welcome here and cost €10 per night.

Yes, there is a gym on the first floor. The gym is open 24 hours a day.

Monday to Friday: 6.30 am – 10.00 am
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 7.00 am – 10.30 am

No, unfortunately we don’t have a restaurant in our hotel.
