Arriving by car or public transport? Either way, getting here is easy. Arthotel ANA Style is conveniently located in Augsburg’s Haunstetten district with excellent connections. A limited number of parking spaces (not reservable) are available for guests, and the Haunstetten tram stop is just a five-minute walk away. Cafés and restaurants can also be reached within just a few minutes. So after a day full of activities, you can return and relax comfortably at the hotel in the evening.

Does the hotel have a reception desk that is staffed 24 hours a day?
Our reception is not staffed round the clock. However, we are happy to assist you in person during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.00 am to 8.30 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm
Is it possible to arrive late?
Yes, late arrivals are possible at any time. Please do let us know in advance so that we can send you the code for the key box outside reception opening hours.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
We offer both options, subject to availability, at a cost of €9.99 per hour
Can I park at the hotel?
Yes, there are 10 free parking spaces available right next to our building. The spaces are located both in front of and behind our building. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking space – spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
You’ll also find further parking options along the street directly in front of our hotel.
If our hotel’s own car parks are already full, you can use the nearest multi-storey car park at Medizincampus Süd (Sauerbruchstraße 6, 86179 Augsburg). From there, it’s about a 20-minute walk to our hotel.
Is there an electric vehicle charging point at the hotel?
No, unfortunately not
Are pets allowed?
Yes, your dog is very welcome here! We charge an extra €10 per night for bringing your dog with you. Please let us know briefly before you arrive.
Can I work out at the hotel?
Yes, you can also work out whilst you’re staying with us. Our fitness area is located right here in the building and is equipped with, amongst other things, a weight bench, a punching bag, an exercise bike and a cross-trainer.
What is the hotel’s policy on children?
Children are very welcome here.
The following prices apply for breakfast:
0–6 years: free of charge
7–12 years: 50 per cent of the standard price
13 years and over: full price
We can provide a cot free of charge.
Is there a lift in the hotel?
Yes, there is a lift available for you in our building.
What leisure activities are available at the hotel?
As well as our fitness area, there are other ways to keep yourself entertained here. You can play billiards and table football.
Does the hotel have a bike hire service?
Yes, bicycles are available free of charge to our guests.
Is there a place to store bicycles and e-bikes?
Yes, there are cycle parking spaces available in front of and behind our house. The spaces are not covered and are freely accessible. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a charging point for e-bikes.
Does the hotel have its own bus car park?
No, unfortunately not
Is there a sauna, a swimming pool or any other spa facilities?
No, unfortunately not
Is breakfast available and how much does it cost?
Our breakfast buffet is available at the following times:
Monday to Friday: 6.30 am to 10.00 am
Weekends and public holidays: 7.00 am to 11.00 am
If you book breakfast at the same time as your accommodation, it costs €14 per person. If you book it later on site, the price is €17 per person. Non-residents can enjoy our breakfast for €20 per person.
Is there a restaurant serving lunch and dinner?
Yes, our restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner.
Lunch: daily except Saturdays, from 12:00 to 14:30
Dinner: daily from 18:00 to 21:30
Is there a bar in the hotel?
We don’t have a traditional hotel bar. Instead, you’ll find a selection of snacks and drinks in our mini-shop.
Is there free water at the hotel?
Yes, we have a free water dispenser available for you to use.
Is there a coffee machine?
Yes, you can use a coffee machine here free of charge.
Are there rooms for several people or families?
Our Standard or Superior triple and quadruple rooms are suitable for multiple guests or families. Our suite offers even more space.
Can I book rooms next to each other?
Yes, just let us know if you would like rooms next to each other. We will be happy to arrange this depending on availability.
Is there a minibar in the room?
No, there are no minibars in our rooms.
