Your personal circumstances will determine the opportunities available to you here. We offer apprenticeships, work placements or dual study programmes. Dual Study
During your work-study programme at GSH, run in partnership with IU, you’ll combine theory with practice. From the very start, you’ll be part of our team and gain an insight into various areas of hotel operations. This will allow you to apply your knowledge directly, take on responsibility and gain valuable practical experience.
Training
As part of our young, dedicated and creative team, you can kick-start your career in the hospitality industry and discover which role within the hotel suits you best. We offer you a comprehensive training programme, a wide range of development opportunities and an inspiring working environment where you can truly flourish.
Work placement
Your first step into the hospitality industry: whether at our head office or in one of our hotels, an internship will give you an initial insight into our business. You’ll have the chance to expand your knowledge, make valuable contacts and perhaps even lay the foundations for your future career in the hospitality industry with us.
