Whilst you gain theoretical knowledge at IU, your home hotel is responsible for providing practical training and gives you valuable insights into day-to-day hotel operations. But that’s not all – through cross-training at other hotels within the Gorgeous Smiling Hotels Group, you’ll get to know other locations and processes. In addition, placements at our Munich headquarters will give you exciting insights into other areas of the business, such as Sales & Marketing, Reservations, Digital & E-Commerce, Revenue Management, Procurement, HR, IT, Finance and Accounting. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry – from day-to-day operations right through to strategic management.
