Terms and conditions: Non-refundable rate

Payment method:
For this rate, 100% prepayment is required at the time of booking. In the event of insufficient funds or an invalid credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellations:
It is not possible to cancel or modify the reservation free of charge.

No show:
In case of a no-show without prior notice, a no-show supplement of 90% of the total stay will be charged to the credit card, and the reservation will be cancelled.

Obvious pricing errors
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation whose price is affected by a technical or human error clearly identifiable as an unrealistic or manifestly disproportionate price. In such cases, the client will be duly informed, offering them, if possible, an alternative adjusted to the correct rate.

The total amount of the reservation must be paid upon arrival at the hotel. To guarantee the reservation, valid credit card details are required. No advance deposit is necessary. The validity of the credit card will be checked prior to your arrival at the hotel.

Cancellations:
Outside of trade fair and event dates, it is possible to cancel or modify the reservation free of charge until 18:00 on the day of arrival. In case of a late cancellation or modification, a late cancellation fee of 100% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card and your reservation will be cancelled.

No-show:
In case of a no-show without prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card and the reservation will be cancelled.
Special conditions will apply to reservations of 10 or more rooms.
