What is the parking fee?
A daily parking fee of 20 euros is charged in our garage.
When is the reception opened?
At the reception, you can reach us 24/7.
Is it possible to arrive later?
Yes, but please inform us if you are going to arrive later.
Is it possible to check-in earlier and check-out later?
Depending on availability, it is possible but there is an extra charge.
Am I allowed to take my dog with me?
You are welcome to bring your dog along for free. There are fees for additional pets (15€ per pet).
I want to travel with my children. Is there a child policy?
Kids up to 12 years stay for free in their parents room.
How far is the city center of munich from the hotel away?
The beautiful city center of Munich is just two subway stations away from our elaya hotel munich city. The subway station ‘Stiglmaierplatz’ is only 150 metres away from the hotel.

What´s the difference in between the room types?
The rooms differ in the size and equipment of the rooms.
I would like to have twin beds. Is that possible?
Yes we do, the beds can be used as a double bed or as two single beds. Please inform us before hand if you prefer your beds to be separated.
Do I have a minibar in my room?
Our rooms don´t have a minibar.
Is it possible to book adjoining rooms or rooms with a connecting door?
Our hotel has 12 rooms with connecting doors. You are welcome to enquire about adjoining rooms.
If you would like your rooms to be next to each other, please let us know and we will try to make it work.
